水力振荡器与井眼清洁工具集成缓解托压技术研究

 Hydraulic oscillator integrated with wellbore cleaning tool to reduce upward pressure on drill string

摘要: 井斜角大、裸眼段长,容易形成岩屑床,使得钻柱与井壁间的摩阻增加,导致定向时托压现象。因此, 为了有效解决定向托压问题,文章提出了水力振荡器与井眼清洁工具集成应用缓解托压的技术,并优化了关键参 数。G1603井现场试验结果表明,该集成技术能有效解决大斜度井定向托压问题,大幅提高了定向效率。文章的研究为大斜度井缓解定向托压提供了一种新的方法。

Abstract:  High inclination angle, long openhole length lead to cuttings beds and increased drag between the drill string and the borehole, resulting in upward pressure on the string when sliding drilling. For this, hydraulic pressure oscillator combined with wellbore cleaning tools are used and the matching parameters optimized. The field test results on Well G1603 show that this integrated technology can effectively solve the backing pressure problem of the high inclination wells, and improve the directional drilling performance. This study provides a new method to alleviate the directional back pressure in high inclination wells.
